Observation

Based on information gathered during the site inspection and interviews, it was confirmed children were brought out of the classroom when exhibiting challenging behavior. It was reported that a staff took children into the laundry room and sometimes brought a wooden spoon with them. No physical discipline was observed but children could be heard crying.
